Healthy Clean Beauty



Hi Everyone! its been a while, but here are some more fun beauty tips! 

I was featured in a Health Article by a good friend, Michelle Armstrong who is a Holistic Nutritionist, she is FANTASTIC!

1. Take your Biotin & B-Vitamins, they will   aid in hair growth and protection.
2. Use a high cleansing shampoo once a 
 week to remove any build up of styling  products on the hair shaft.
3. Apply a good conditioner overnight  every couple of weeks for a deep  conditioning.
4. A cool/cold water rinse will close up 
 the cuticle and create shiny hair.
5. Cut down on "high" heat styling &  appliances or use a good thermal spray  leave-in before drying your hair.
6. Believe it or not, brushing your hair  100 times a day (with a boar hair brush)  will make your hair longer and stronger!
