3. Apply a good conditioner overnight every couple of weeks for a deep conditioning.
4. A cool/cold water rinse will close up
the cuticle and create shiny hair.
5. Cut down on "high" heat styling & appliances or use a good thermal spray leave-in before drying your hair.
6. Believe it or not, brushing your hair 100 times a day (with a boar hair brush) will make your hair longer and stronger!
