Recipes I LOVE...

Im all about quick and easy meals. So here is just one recipe that i created on a day I had no clue as to what to make, and so i just threw everything i had in my fridge together- And it came out amazing! 

Pasta Dish: 

  • Wheat Free/ Gluten Free Pasta
  • Tuna (or chicken) Traders has a great sun dried tomato chicken sausage--and its gluten free! I have also used Tofu. 
  • Olives ( green & black) diced
  • Garlic (diced) 
  • Bellpepers
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Spinach
  • Zucchini 
  • Squash
  • Olive Oil (to saute the veggies a little) 
  • Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce (Traders) 
  • Lawrys seasoning salt 

Cook pasta first-then set aside. 

I cut all the vegetables , dice them up...and saute them separately in a little olive oil, and add a little Lawrys seasoning.

If im using the chicken i cook that separately with a little olive oil.  If im using the Tuna i add it in the mix last. 

Heat up tomato & basil pasta sauce , and pour over veggies.  Let it all simmer together i then add in Tuna or Chicken. Once that is all mixed ... i pour over pasta, and your done! 

Shouldn't take more than 30 min. :)
